It's dead easy if you follow the recipe, and you're patient. There's too much waiting involved for me.

Breadmaker is better, just whack it all in, switch on and come back when it's done.

I made no Knead bread the other day was ridiculously easy. You just need the time to mix it up and leave for a min 12 hours.

I avoid bread. It's terrible for carbs. Since I cut out most bread I lost a load of body fat. I do have rye bread sometimes because that has slow-release carbs which aren't as bad. Luke
