"I'm low carbing at the moment, overcome the carb flu period (was rough), low and behold my daughter doesn't want/eat her chips this evening...so, muggings here, starts grazing on them! How has my life resorted to being overly concerned about throwing away 9 chunky chips rather than being in the fat burning zone grrrrrr Sorry rant over.... " I was in a cycle event from lands end to john o groats. Roughly 1000 miles in 9 days, including heading over the Cairngorms. So burning approx 6500-7000 on the bike a day, plus 2500-3000 for me that I’d need normally. | |||
