Plymouth doesn’t really have many regular clubs full stop let alone good ones and as for what you are looking for...??

Bristol!

There's a gay sauna club call "Manticor" (Google), but apart from that, nothing at all in Plymouth.

Best area for popular pubs is "The Barbican".

There's nothing whatsoever on the Hoe, and the Aquarium is a wet zoo!

Cap'n Jaspers (Google) is an unusual restaurant on The Barbican.

There's O. M. G on the barbican... And lots of other clubs... Annebells the burlesque club

jesters there's the swallow pub well known for its gay scene, lots of rock clubs by the uni.... The fortescue has quite a gay following apparently

Jesters? Ha. That’s just for d*unken sailors. Wouldn’t recommend that place.

These are not places for fetish etc. I’m from Plymouth and not places I would recommend to anyone. My sister still tries to drag me into these places. I think the op wanted alternative type places.
