Me and my partner have a date Friday with a new lady we’ve been chatting to and I’m a little shy and nervous.

My partner is confident but i don’t want to leave all the chatting up to him.

What are some good conversation started I can use ?

Or towel. Lots of conversation openers to choose from.

Can always start with some things that are open and allow conversation to flow...

What’s the funniest line you’ve received on fab?

What do you think makes a great meet? (Can tell you their intentions and if they are after just after a shag)

Do you have a guilty secret tv show?

Fav movie you wouldn’t want to say in a survey?

They usually get you all laughing

"Ask what her favourite vowel is "

And ask if she can write it out with her tongue

Just go with the conversation flow. Make sure your partner disappears to the loo and the bar so you ladies can chat.

When I am meeting a couple I am far more interested in getting to know the female.

No offence to men, but I am just about to lol. Mostly you are easy

Exactly this! When I’ve participated in 3 sum’s I’ll always have the ladies talk alone to see if the chemistry is there too..

It’s not all about one person - it’s about all 3 enjoying the experience.

Just go along with the convo & pick out pointers throughout the conversation to then expand upon! You’ll be fine, stop stressing.

Manchester (she/her)

I talk about all sorts of things on socials. Fab experience, clothes, the venue, sometimes really random things of only academic interest. Just let the conversation flow.

Hopefully you've found a chatty one and can let her lead the way. As someone else had said, break the ice for a few minutes then send him away to 'pay for parking'

Chat about what she's wearing?

Start by telling her you can be a little shy?

Some people can come across as aloof, when they are actually shy, and you dont want that x

You can overthink these things. I'm terribly shy in groups but good 1-1. I think between the chatting you will just naturally start talking

It might give you some ideas if you're both sitting there in silence

My partner is very chatty and funny. It’s more when he leaves us alone that I’ll struggle. I will ask google lol

Good advice. I apparently come across as unfriendly but it's really just shyness.

The best thing to do is over think it.
