We got up at 5am to get out for a run, it's a really nice fresh morning and not cold at all.

I start at lunchtime. But I may go swimming before as I didn't go yesterday. Sauna and steam room afterwards

No. I finish at 8pm when I do a late shift. Only do a few of them in a month though. It's mainly early start with 3pm finish during the week.

My mondays like that every monday I work 9 until 9 but at least it's out the way and i can enjoy the rest of the week

Oh no. I would only do a 12-hour shift as overtime. Otherwise no.

I'm happy with my 7,5hr long shifts every day

We havent even put the heating back on yet mun!

Our first flat was so poorly insulated and heated in the winter we used to have ice on the inside of the windows in the morning, and we used to make sure our clothes were right next to the bed so we could reach out from under the duvet and several blankets, grab them, and get dressed under the bedclothes.
