You definitely did. Wow - I’m jealous. I hope it was a gold one.

......

Made spreader bars from curtain poles then added eyes..

Have a section of a leather sofa, that has eyes down each of the sides.. nice for long term bondage.

Made paddles/spankers from studded belts..

Yes. Horse bridles rope and a good imagination. Home made spreader bars and arm restraints. Brush handle with eyelets in either end.

Yes! As shown in my current profile pic.

I have also made some stocks, but don't have a pic on this site of it, but do on other sites.

Yep. I mentioned before that the screwfix catalogue and B&Q can seem quite pornographic to me...

Yeah! Well kind of. It was a rig for timed self bondage. Using door closing magnets.. attach magnet to sturdy thing.. attach steel plate to cuff(s) via chain.. power up the magnet via 2 mains time switches (a backup incase 1 sticks on)... And play. No getting out til the timer switches off. FYI I had a safety measure of yanking the low power magnet wiring out but at 50 quid a side you'd have to feel like you're in real trouble to use that way lol.

I keep looking for a shop where I can buy a good sized latex ball so I can make a 2 person ballgag.. no luck so far if you're after a plain red or black one.

For everything else there's b&q.. rope, chain, locks.. tape.. cable ties..

Or if you mean equipment as in furniture.. no but it doesn't look massively complicated

Yes curtain poles and eyelets make good spreader bars

Also on this note. Buy your rope from a boat shop or online store. Much much cheaper. Ad the word fetish to anything and it immediately doubles in price....

By 'boat shop', I assume you mean a chandler, rather than a shop that sells boats?

Bugger, I never got my badge for that episode of "how to make a ball gag from double sided sticky tape and a washing up bottle"

Doesn't a chandler make candles?

Chandlers generally aren't the cheapest option.

(Chandler is a word used for a corn merchant, candle maker or a sailing kit salesman)

I'd recommend countryside / equestrian stores, which stock whips and crops, as well as a variety of straps, bits and other horse tack which can be repurposed.

I agree with all of you. Basically don't buy your rope from a fetish supplier....
