You and your band of intrepid explorers awake after a long nights rest. Your health is fully restored and inventory full.

Before you is the FantasyFabSteppe. A mythical land of horse archer centaurs, obnoxious ogres, magical swords, amazonian warriors and all manner of fantastical creatures.

I am Ghengis, Lord of the Centaurs of the Steppe and your DM for this game. Please introduce yourselves and tell me your next move.

Greetings rogueish one, what is your plan? To the East (a days walk through swampy terrain) is a small shanty town of Amphibious people.

To the North is open Steppe.

The South Jungles.

Or Western Coastline, follow the river towards an Ankh Morporkian capital.

good choice with a water nymph.. the rmstream runs right outside my camp.. all the way to the coast, I suggest you stick to it. The Capital is four days March, but if you can find a boat, you could get there in two. I can give you one weapon each of your choice and enough food and water for two days. And some rope.

GC will quite happily play a bard - a charismatic know-it-all with a tendency to run in to things for nothing other than the fun of it without really thinking things through.

GG’s more of a rogue-type, letting other people do the silly dangerous stuff before stepping in with a cunning plan or a willing solution to save the day.

good choice with a water nymph.. the rmstream runs right outside my camp.. all the way to the coast, I suggest you stick to it. The Capital is four days March, but if you can find a boat, you could get there in two. I can give you one weapon each of your choice and enough food and water for two days. And some rope.
