Well, recently put a post up on here saying it was my birthday today only to find out I've got no job due to a dispute with the guy I worked with. He wanted to half my wage for doing exactly the same work and I told him to go stick it where the sun doesn't shine. Shouldn't feel this stressed on my birthday but it's a relief it's over in a way

Honestly is it bad I already had plans in place long ago? Couldn't work with him because he was so racist towards people I have as mates

Then you should have got evidence and reported him as its not acceptable.
