He claims he was given ufo gravity propulsion to reverse engineer. But as the element needed to manipulate gravity doesn't occur on earth, it's a bit of a non starter.

I thought the article I read said they'd now discovered the element he mentioned.

Some believe it can be synthesized, but i don't know whether it has the same properties.
