No they can't, I think the only reason some can see mine is I have that many it doesn't block any new ones

I don't think they can ? as long as when you block you log out and start a new session then I think they are blocked full stop

I'am blocked by a few people, I don't see what they type or see their cam icon,

When I block anyone myself I have to block them again the next time I go into the room
