Depends how well you know them. But I'd still enforce condom use at all times.

Of course not. Anyone active with multiple partners has got to be high risk sti wise...even if it's unknown/unintentional

About as much as he can trust that you're not the new and improved fread and rose west.

Check for axes, keep the condoms handy and trust your instincts

You've never mentioned that before

The answer is you can't trust them, you just have to decide if it's worth the risk to your health.

Get him tested clear, lock him in your basement for 3 months, re-test him clear.

Job done, he's clean, enjoy the spunk.

If you're adult enough to have sex, you should be adult enough to protect yourself ... and others.

Can you trust them to even know if they have an STI let alone be honest about it?

Don’t risk it and always play safe

Can he trust you can he trust himself and every partner he's ever had??

You are only sti clear the day you have the test and even then it's not 100 accurate due to window periods unless the last time they had sex was over a month before

Not everything is tested for , so no one will truly know, plus there's a lag between contracting and visibility via tests. Manage your own health and standards.

This should be added to the STI thread bingo card.

12 weeks is the time since last sexual contact for tests to be 99% certain. Nothing is 100%
