Painkillers, fluid, relax shoulder muscles (hot shower or movement), sleep. If symptoms persist seek medical advice.

I sometimes put a hoody on. The uniformity of heat around my head and the blanking out of part of my peripheral vision with the hood up can help. Generally painkillers are my go to though

Central

Letting go of tension and stress. Good breathing. Ensure nutritional needs are met and not dehydrated. Limit stimulation, if sensoryily over-stimulated (temperature, vision, sound, smells etc), rest. Possibly paracetamol and/or an NSAID such as aspirin or ibuprofen.

For me, a cold compress or Vicks vapour rub on my forehead. The cooling effect is relaxing.
