Anyone do anything that could lead to them being recognised?

Just a thought, and this kind of leads on from another thread where we were discussing whether to approach people you recognise from here in the street.

Does anyone do anything in their lives, work or hobby, that could lead to their being recognised?

Obviously I have my face as my profile pic - which may or may not be a good idea - so you can see more or less what I look like, and I have part time, quite lucrative employment as a pub quizmaster. I do two nights every week, plus one-offs.

Nothing has ever come of it - yet - but I'd be open to people saying hi in a message. But does anyone put themselves "out there" in a similar way?

I don’t think so, no. We don’t do face pics on here, full stop - just too paranoid. Not an issue for us because we only go to clubs so aren’t seeking meets.

I work in a very niche sector, I live in a small village. Hence I make zero reference to either in my profile. My location isn't a true one, nor is the postcode I use. It was picked at random.

Iv been recognised by guys in local shops etc yes but you know what..I don’t care...I’m a swinger and proud

I work on people's properties and I often think what if im recognised but that kind of plays onto one of my fantasies of screwing the customer if she was hot!

I occasionally post face pics, I've only been recognised in public once. The guy sent me a pm rather than approach me in public, it was a bit of a thrill actually and he was lovely. Also it gave me confidence that even though I'm not posting any shit pics of myself, I still look like them!

I saw, a lady at work that I thought was a lady I'm meeting on Monday (only seen pics of her so far).

It turns out I was wrong. I was rather happy I didn't go and say something - that could've lead to a visit to HR. LOL

Worked in a shop in town years ago and there was a couple who used to come in specifically to buy from me, didn’t know at the time but they told me via fab after I’d left that job..I now have my own business and at least two of my regular customers have found me on here....and yes I have with one of them I’m a bad girl beneath the classy exterior ;D
