Breakfast in Bed

Off work today, and I need some breakfast. Fancy eggs florentine and fresh orange with some coffee. Preferably served by a delicious young man wearing nothing but a cheeky smile.

What's your favourite luxurious brekky, I don't mean that one when you grab a bagel on the way out the door - I mean those lazy weekends when you can indulge.

Inspire me to move my ass to make something

You can't beat a fry up you've made yourself, cause only you know exactly how soft you want your eggs and how crispy you like your bacon etc, but I'm not sure I want a full English in bed. I want that at the kitchen table with a paper.

For breakfast in bed I'd do scrambled eggs with finely chopped bacon, chilli and mushrooms on posh toast sprinkled with fresh parsley and basil. Cup of tea to accompany, pot of coffee for after.

Right I'm off to the Co op I'm ravenous now....

Manchester (she/her)

Smoked salmon, runny fried egg, avocado with salt pepper and lemon on it, on appropriately hipster crusty toast. With a pour over single origin coffee.

Large towel on the bed and trays...easy.

My style was what we called "petit dejeuner"

Peeled boiled still warm eggs

Pain au Chocolat

Croissant

Unsalted butter

Kona coffee in a French press

(Cream and brown sugar obvs)

Sliced ham(on the bone) or prosciutto

Cheese

Yoghurt

Fresh oj

We all sat on the bed in PJ's and made a mess on the big towels.
