So this week a report was published showing the 20 most deprived areas in the UK. 15 where in the NW or NE of England. Isn't it about time we jiggled things about a little instead of London having it all. How about the national ballet being in Hull, national football stadium in Stoke, national history museum in Bradford. Would provide such a boost to these areas

Leeds

Hull was City of Culture in 2017. The National Film and Photography Museum is in Bradford.

Dont be silly, the self important types might have to make an effort to do things- not to mention the horor of letting the provinces have a fair share of the money and input in to decisions
