Why oh why as soon as temperatures drop I get into bed and have feet like blocks of ice... yet on those boiling hot summer nights when they are needed my feet a warm?

Wishing I had someone to put them on right now...

Do that every night and your feet will be toasty, like toast from a toaster

I hate having cold feet and hands and ears. I really don't like being cold at all.

I know your pain. I too have Raynauds. I can be sweatin my bollox off in height of summer and my hands and feet are like blocks of ice. During winter my hands take on a purple and orange mottled complexion. The pain is unreal sometimes.
