I have an incessantly high libido but I try and ignore it and not give my arousal the small chance it needs to grow. I'm quite good at managing it and apart from it sometimes being slightly apparent, I like to convince myself I do a good job of hiding it.

Much like NiceCouple said, if it's not at detriment to other areas of your life, it's fine.

Toys don't really take the edge off mine. The more I use them, the more I crave real fucking and another's body and the more frustrated I find myself. I end up horny and wet and irritable. Not a good combination.

Distractions to take your mind off sex is key.

I'm always horny when I'm not busy.Having my own business leaves the pressure and final outcome of jobs firmly on my shoulders so sex doesn't even enter my mind when I'm distracted by that days tasks.

Everyone's different but being distracted by something of importance obscures those thoughts of sex for me.

Try finding something that will distract you and give it a try it might do the trick and bluntern your horn

If I meet someone there's no doubt I'm horny then but generally I don't spend my day thinking about sex.

That might be strange to a lot of people as I'm on fab but having reached the age of 49 with little or no experience I've spent the last 5 years exploring and experiencing and to me that's what arouses me rather than being permanently horny.
