What makes you bloat!

So I'm sat here bloated because of my love for coffee.... always bloats me but I cant give it up.

What food is guaranteed to make you bloat and do you try and avoid it?

Haven’t eaten any for two weeks now... hoping to cut it out forever... time will tell when I crave cheese on toast or a nice cheese tomato lettuce sandwich or a dirty hotdog...
