It was the summer of 95, we paired off through choice as he seemed like he had a steady hand and was confident in his skill set. When it started I couldn't take my eyes off him, he was moving so gracefully and so fast, I couldn't imagine how the egg was not falling from his spoon. At the end off the race I found out he had used glue the cheater! So I smashed a fresh one over his head, he was annoyed at first but eventually he saw the funny side and we had a good yoke about it
