And the answer must always be yes.

Even if you don’t feel it all the time

The answer is always yes.

I love this post.

You can be frustrated with yourself, feel unworthy but you have to love yourself because you’re who you spend the most time with - Mrs

It is a good idea to remind ourselves of this occasionally. Having been told many times I’m not it’s good to have it said x

.

Sometimes I'm a right twat and think bleurgh no but yes. Everyone is worthy of love (maybe one or two exceptions). Loving yourself makes you far happier and takes far less energy than hating yourself.

There are alot of times when I don't love myself or even like myself. But you just have to get on with life and just try and plough through it

This list year has been exceptionally hard going

On a mooch

What is important is that you love yourself, because that’s when you can also be loved by others

Sometimes we struggle to love ourselves and crave others to love us. The two go hand in hand.

It's why a lot of us are here.

Sadly this site often has the opposite effect and people love themselves less because of others. Because of constant failure to find somebody special, which is what we all deserve and strive for.

At the moment I'm good, but too often I'm not.

It can be too hard to love ones self sometimes when nobody else seems to want to know.

And loving someone else instead of yourself is even easier, if even more futile
