I agree with what a lot of others have said in here. If there is no kissing then it won't go any father than just coffee.I wouldn't meet someone if they said they don't kiss. Good question this..

My view, especially for a meet or date, incredibly sensual; fundamental to awesome sex. Full package not received if no kissing so no problem either if a lady doesn't consent. I'll simply respect that boundary. Less likely to have sex though if no initial contact by kissing. I won't just kiss anybody either. On the flip side though, especially with a regular partner, quickies without kissing can be highly sexually charged moments.

Agreed with this fully and believe kissing is the essential final test that there is chemistry. Things might have been going awesome up to the kiss, but an awkward passionless kiss could bring a premature end to the night. Kisding is as much fun if not more fun than every single other part of a meet, imo

No kissing = no meet for me. I’ve only had one meet with one couple where there was no kissing as they only kissed each other. Absolutely adore kissing and can, and have, completely lost myself in just that act alone - from those first tentative brushes of the lips, to that tender probing of the tongue to full on mouths locked euphoric snogging where the world around you just blurs.

Kissing is what sets the tone and the mood for me, so one without kissing wouldn't be for me.

Even on dogging meets my wife would insist on kissing. If a guy didn’t want to kiss he went without anything at all.

Because lots of guys thought that the randomness and illicit nature of dogging was ok as they were married, there were always a few who just wanted to unload and go. They only got to do so with their own hand, as my wife wouldn’t do a thing with guys like that.

It's a yes from me. Serves as a way to feel each other out before getting onto further foreplay, but also during sex it's good too. You can get a feel for things from kissing too.
