fiber / fibre / soluble and insoluble ; do u get enough in your diet. yes, most definitely here:cool: u folks ?

yep, all bran is sugar too i think; porridge for me -- excellent source. in summer might have organic muesli.

I think all-bran was just MDF in a former life or something - I just can't summon the enthusiasm for it.

I get plenty of fibre in other things.
