North Norfolk area

....of the food variety (sage & onion etc).

How do you like yours?

Soggy?

Hard crust but soggy inside?

Crisp/well done?

Also, what meat(s) would you not have stuffing with?

I just love the stuff, actually don't care how it comes, as long as it's cooked! I wouldn't have it with fish!

Has to crusty on top, soft in the middle and only e er with Chicken or Turkey

I have been kmown to mix stuffing into my Yorkshire pudding batter... Always gets a good reception

God no, never with fish.

Not sure about with beef, but fowl, lamb, pork are all good.

Like mine crisp, loads of gravy soaked in it, with some cranberry sauce as well.

As a Yorkshire lass I have to say don’t mess with pudding although I’m sure it’s delicious

I love a hardened crispy top, squishy bottom and happy to share it with chicken, turkey, pork and beef.... I'm not meat-ist

Took the breasts off of a Canada goose a few years ago, stuffed them with sausage meat,onions and herbs...mmmmmmmmm

Crispy out and softish middle, with chicken or pork for me. To be honest I’m not fussed if I have other things to focus on, yorkies, roasties, gravy and veg with the meat more than stuffing. I could eat a plate of all the other stuff on their own but not stuffing
