Why do new members have to wait 7 days to use the forums, seems a bit long. I wanted to give my two cents one of the days and couldn't.

I think it's so people can't make loads of new profiles to come on and throw abuse then delete. I suppose they still can if they're patient enough to wait 7 days.

Makes sense, I think 3 days would probably be more appropriate. It's fine though, here I am!
