When you look at a profile and see that you have exchanged messages before.. Is there a way to see those messages again?

Not unless one of you messaged then it will recall the last messages exchanged

Is it not on your sent items? I am a tech (opposite of expert) but would assume that?

If I remember correctly the site deletes old messages after some months...if you have site supporter pass you can save messages so they don't get deleted, or take "private notes" on a profile to keep track of the conversation (or avoid starting one after being rejected)

If you message them again,it will collect the message with the previous ones,if they are site supporters , otherwise you've lost all record
