Why have two photos but repeated

Just looked at someone and it said that they had a load of photos. But it was only two different photos repeated ???

I think they re-add them so they show in the local updates. I'm not sure why they don't delete the old ones though.

They're the only 2 decent photos they've ever taken, so they keep uploading them every few weeks/months when they want to get a meet? Most men just see a new pic in their local updates and mail without even looking at a profile... They won't notice that the same pic was also uploaded 5 or 6 years ago... It won't occur to them that it's an old photo being recycled. There are lots who repeatedly recycle old photos. At least with the profile you mention, you can see the upload dates and know they're not recent

I've someone local to me who has recently returned.

He adds a new pic every couple of days.

I have a very good memory.

The pics were on his previous profile over 2yrs ago

So lord knows how old they actually are

I'm like you, I've a good memory and always recognise returning members' photos. I've seen some come back 4 or 5 times in different locations (even different countries), but the photos are always the same. Amazing how the same bedroom/background can be in several different locations!!

Colour can set mood of a photo and if you're one who takes even the passing bit of arty interest in what you're doing (even if others think it's a load of pish) photos wise. You may be aware some people prefer colour, some black and white.. I try not to post the exact same image in both.

It's the posting the same image in both bit I don't get. I can totally appreciate some images look better in black and white or if some people simply prefer black and white and therefore post a lot of black and white images. I just don't feel it adds anything to someone's profile to have the same image in both. Especially when they do it a lot as it feels like seeing double to scroll through their pictures .

Their profile their choice, if for whatever reason you don't like the others profile hit back and find one that does interest. Simples.

why do others wish to impose their likes and wants or to police how other folks run their profiles ?

if they do it a lot.. to me it's just a waste of the number of photos they can upload.. but their profile, their choice I guess.

Personally.. I think a photo looks best as one or the other and itll tell you itself which one looks best.

But art is subjective, also something that can be taught, learnt as well as given at birth. So there will be variety. Which is good.. I think
