It keeps the fat at a steady level. Could you eat dinner later so that you're not reaching for snacks? | |||

I just cut down on the picking between meals, portion size, extra veg and be more active. It’s worked before. I’ve gone from a 14/16 - 8/10 over the last two years. Dangerously close to creeping up to a 13 now. | |||

"When you say night time, when do you mean? " I eat a breakfast ie toast or cereal within an hour of getting up, can then go for about 6 hours before I have a meat & salad sandwich. Ma main meal is usually around 10 ish to around midnight (I'm a night owl), but even then I get the munchies at about 3 am and head for the digestives or something else sweet. I know I shouldn't as I've recently been classified as type 2 | |||
