Bruising, have you found that as you get older you find bruises you have no idea where they have come from?

Are you bruising more easily than normal?

I am! I think I have realised one source and as I live on the third floor I have come to the conclusion that when you take your rubbish out, it feels quite light when you leave your flat but by god, once you are at ground level the weight has at least doubled!

So I have only just realised that this must be an attributing factor, but what about the others? I keep finding strange dark and painful bruising on my legs, and I think where the fuck or how the fuck did that happen and I honestly don't have a clue!

Is it another bloody age thing that just didn't happen when we were younger? But we have to contend with now? Christ what else do I have to look forward to? Apart from middle aged spread and things heading south of course

I am 25 and I have always bruised quite easily so I don't think she is a factor in this. I live bruises though, their colours amaze me every time

I'm with you, bruises appear and I try to think where they've come from! Our dog does think I'm a climbing frame though! Definitely think you bruise more easily the older you get.

Wait til menopause kicks in and you feel like you're on fire and can't remember why you've walked into a room lol.

Onwards and upwards ladies xx

Thanks! Something to look forward to

To give some meat to this thread and why I posted, even for once we had some good weather in the great old Abz (cough cough) but there was no chance I could get my legs out as my knees and shins are covered, and it is not a good look!

It is isn't it? I used to think I had nice legs, now every time I shave I find one I never realised was there! WTF is that all about? At least when I bang into something, I used to think, well that will cost me, mainly because it was really sore and I knew when it happened

You need to wrap yourself up in a bit of bubble wrap

Are you still on this dry spell of yours in the sex department?

Unfortunately yes, not through choice though, trying to find someone literate, intelligent and that I am attracted to in my area in like finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow

I bruise quite easily, and nearly always have a bruise somewhere on my legs. I gave a bad habit of walking into things.

They do seem more frequent but not sure if I'm getting more clumsy or bruising more easily.

I've always bruised at the slightest thing. Doesn't help that I'm possibly the clumsiest woman on earth. I'm not looking forward to bruising more though

Well I wouldn't be adverse to that! In fact two+ years without is really doing my head in, so any help is appreciated
