Hi All ??

Any of you lot fancy getting out running or cycling?

I'm from Sheffield and out 2 or 3 times a week in the Peak District - in road or off road.

Would be good to get a few like minded folk out on a social...

Tarka trail

I cycle.

But what I would like to do is, have my naked body painted as if I was wearing cloth's.

Then find out where the Randy ramblers were holding their next hike. I would lye in wait behind a tree, and as they approached. I would appear and walk towards them. The look on their faces would be priceless. as I walked on bye

I wish, I’d give anything to be able to go out on my bike

Then again 150 miles or so, it’d take me best part of a day to get there so I’d have to pass

There was a brilliant fab parkrun social last year, off the back of quite an active running thread, though it sadly seems to have died a death recently

Curiously - I'm not too far away from you. Maybe an evening ride around Sherwood Pines? I'm sure we'll be beating off the women wanting to join us

"Aren’t runners just cyclists without a bike... "

I used to run, till about 18month ago, when injury forced a stop

I need to start again

Still riding bike though, as I have for 30+ years

Commute every day by bike, whatever weather

Might drive to work 2 days a month!!

Would ride with members around here, be they male/female

Social riders are welcome

Road only, well... maybe bridlepaths/woodland

No MTB, but I'm fairly capable on my 'work-bike' as I used to race MTB/'cross/road-race

Get in touch, if you want to discuss riding together

We're all sat at junctions waiting to jump red lights according to some of the daily fail reading motorists ?

B1ue - Sherwood pines is near Notts (and near me too). Let me know if you ever fancy meeting up for a social spin (and anyone else too). You can hire bikes there too if you haven't got a bike anymore...
