I’ve nearly finished the first draft of my dissertation, been working on it for nearly 3 months and I can finally see light at the end of the tunnel.

Congrats Boldly may I start with

Now my day or start of the week started off great. Woke up to hissing in the kitchen at 5 to find the water pipe had come off the back of the washing machine so cleaned it all up and moped etc the usual stuff and set off ok my way to the ferry to get back to uk. Unfortunately dumb dumb here has booked it for yesterday morning and not this morning as I totally forgot about the bank holiday as it isn’t one in Ireland. So today I shall be working from home until this evenings ferry. Happy days

Back to work after a week off today.... Positive?? I hear you cry?

Well yes... I had time to reflect over the last 10 days and I'm not taking any shit from the people that work with me today... And I've told them... I feel liberated and they need to care as much about me and my family as much as I care about them and their family.... Anyone who doesn't give a shit can Foxtrot Oscar!!

I saw the end of that. Was the only bit I've ever seen. That's how late I am to the party.

I watched Sanditon I think it was called and that seems a decent watch

Hiding in the shadows

Last week was quite awful for me, something very special came to an end & it was the anniversary of 2 friends deaths.

I was in a bit of a slump.

Spent the Bank Holiday weekend with a group of amazing friends, silly dancing & lots of laughs was just what I needed.

It reminded me that life is for living, while we can.

New week, different outlook xx
