I detest my job with a passion (yes looking elsewhere but it's a uphill struggle)

As a result of that I've slept in until 730am....normally wake up around 445am.

Might go for a run and then take it easy for the rest of the day.

This time last year I was emptying boxes having come home from Ireland.

Today, no boxes, no work, just sitting in the sun, already, and dreaming of what never was.

And listening to horses hooves clipping through the lanes, birds singing, and feeling the warm sun on my skin.

It's almost perfect....

I've cut the grass and that's it. Needs another go over though, was too long and too wet. Bit like my flaps.

We went to the cinema to be in a nice cool air conditioned place, great film too.

Then tea and cake at a garden centre. Plant shopping.

Now watching the first series of Peaky Blinders.
