Shoulder rides from my dad and my dad building me a princess chair. and when my brothers and I got in trouble in church and had to stay for a second mass as punishment. We’d take the offering and go buy doughnuts haha - Mrs

Winter nights, powercuts and toasting bread on the open fire in our kitchen, Dad wrapping potatoes in foil and putting them in the hearth, we'd eat straight out of the foil with butter and baked beans and cheese. Even if there was a powercut we always ate well.

Walking with my Dad around the lanes carrying my basket to collect treasure, silly man told me that acorn shells were fairy hats, I was a dawdler and the walk always took hours because I'd be looking for the fairies.

Being the baby and the only girl I was spoilt, proper princess. I can remember being particularly obnoxious to my brothers one day, as payback they coaxed me into a game of hide and seek in the woods, told me to stand, close my eyes and count to 100. I was found by the local farmer lost and crying my eyes out, he took me home and my brothers were grounded for a month.

My obnoxiousness escalated during that month :D
