" Isn't that 11lbs mainly water retention though, which drops off because you're suddenly drinking a lot more water and your body doesn't feel like it has to stockpile it any more? Wouldn't it go back on pretty quickly if you went back to drinking less? | |||

There are other diets out there like Atkins that can cause issues but KETO is better as it’s more balanced Additionally i use Keto from time to time and I would highly recommend it. | |||
