Depends where it was. If its a stranger I'm assuming it's a public place in which case I'd phone the police and try resist the urge to kick them in the nuts.

I saw homeless couple fuck each other in our alleyway 3months ago.. from windows..couldn't call police feel sorry for them

I see that as different and wouldn’t call the police on them either. They’re not doing it for a salacious thrill, they’ve got nowhere else to be.

A few years ago I parked my car up to go to work and when i looked across the road there was a man parked up, sat in his car wanking. Vinegar strokes judging from the look on his face and how fast his arm was moving

I felt a bit embarrassed and walked on quickly.

If the person was potentially or actually visible to children and families yes I would. Your right to a thrill that violates others comfort and safety doesn’t supersede others rights. I don’t want to see that. Go to a club and wank, go on webcam and wank. Fill your needs without violating others there’s a reason it’s a crime to do it publicly

I was once caught lusting over a Jaguar XK-E supercharged and was prodded by the car's owner.... but..., he wasn't a 'stranger', he was my good brother-in-law who'd purchased this ultimate dream only that very day......

My good sister now drives it for most of the time. Oh how we laughed.

I would take a picture or possibly a video, then report it to the police.that way it is a little hard for the person to try and get out of it
