Somewhere In The Ether…

I committed the ultimate sin and scoffed a McDonalds double quarter pounder the other day.

It was ok I suppose as I was really hungry at the time but I don’t normally eat there.

When my lads stay, we have a pizza. As I’m cutting as many carbs out of my diet as I can, I’m starting to get cravings for it

So last was a meat feast pizza

TG had the munchies after work and chose to fill herself up with two portions of KFC.

She declined my home-cooked organic roast chicken stuffed with our own garlic on account of being 'still full'.

We cooked the chicken on Wednesday.

Stopped buying takeaways several years ago now and instead did healthier eating versions at home (such as a baked pieces of cod/haddock from the fish counter, home made oven chips & peas rather than the chippy version).

However a couple of months back for quickness went into the local Chinese. Couldn't eat it all due to the salt & grease/oil. Won't be going back any time soon.

Large doner kebab and chips with chilli and garlic sauce last friday.

I did enjoy it, couldn't eat it all and felt so fat and bloated after.

Had the rest for my lunch Saturday!
