Why do some people...

Why do some people hold their phones up at an odd angle to their ear to hear what's being said?

They look like their draining off their ear canals.

Not as annoying as those that hold it in left hand up to their right ear, or vice versa.. even worse when I've seen some fucknugget driving like that

They're using it in speaker phone nice aren't they? Rather than have a private conversation they have to broadcast their fucking conversation to the world. Someone on reality TV probably did it and suddenly it was a thing.

I've seen and heard women do this on the bus with speaker phone on. I assumed they were maybe hard of hearing as they were shouting too.

The most bizzare thing I've seen was some guy who I think was visually impaired, using the voice recognition on his phoneto send abusive texts to a number of his '"friends". Apparently someone owed him 50p and she; in his own words, was "a fucking whore". He was being a bit rasict too which was surprising as he was black himself.

What happens if they haven't finnised talking and only paused mid conversation to catch breath? I'd imagine that might cause some confusion. You can't have a conversation like that.
