So my eldest (13) broke both his arms last week in camp. One is in full plaster and the other in half plaster as he had an opp on it. Since he came home I have litterly done everything for him. He is getting extremely bored and moody so looking for ideas to entertain him.

Tell him he might be stuck like that forever so he better learn to write with his feet. Pop a pen between his toes and some paper under his feet and leave him to it

13, raging with hormones, bored on the summer holidays and can't use either wrist....

That put my frustrations of today into perspective

Oh no! I’d be struggling too - as the fellow mum of teenage boys you have my sympathies! Hope you manage to come up with something x

I bet there's at least one thing you won't be doing for your teenage boy without manual abilities.

Buy him a mini Google home and train him to use it. If he succeed, give him a sugar

Amsterdam

The Nintendo Switch controller separates so you can have half in each hand (for certain games, anyway). So that could be good!

Thanks for the advice. The cinema worked a treat. Also the switch controller has been keeping him occupied.
