Not sure, nothing in and can't be bothered going out to the shops now as it is raining. I'm thinking takeaway and I keep wondering why I'm putting on weight!

I can’t put down chicken burgers, beef burgers or any type of burger and I’m not planning to look at the scales for a while love for food outweighs my love for self aesthetics!

Norwich

I like to cook from scratch, it's healthier and cheaper and not that time consuming.

In 10 minutes or less you can pan fry seafood or meat as your main.

In 30 minutes or less you can make an accompaniment with pasta, couscous, new potatoes, noodles or rice and a vegetable dish.

Stews take longer but you leave them alone while they're cooking so that's another easy option.

from Home Counties to Middle Earth

I've eaten my own weight in toffee popcorn this afternoon whilst at the cinema. If I can physically move, the most I'm making is a Caesar salad.
