Sausages

Tain

What is your favourite sausage? Is it a jumbo one, a chipolata, or even a black pudding.

Do you prefer your sausage straight or bent like a cumberland sausage.

Have you a preference for local varieties like Gloucester Old Spot or Lincolnshire sausage or are you more cosmopolitan and fancy a spicy salami or a chorizo.

Sausages come in all shapes and sizes, so what is your favourite banger?

Does sausage size matter or is taste best? Do you like to suck at the end and gently nibble it till it explodes in your mouth or do you deep throat your sausage and take it all in and savour the flavour?

Tell me about your sausage experiences.

they are barely 'sausages' but i just like the ons you'd find in a greasy spoon type cafe... basic, simple, no fuss banger. No fancy herbs

my favourite sausages are tasty ones!

Richmond for ease of cooking - always got some in the freezer, but like a nice Cumberland sausage at times, not a huge fan of spicy sausage though but I do like Kabanos and Pepperami. But I love pepperoni and a nice garlic sausage.

I like a nice Cumberland sausage.

Can't stand sausages with loads of rusk and rammel in them.

Chorizo is a good sausage to chop or thinly slice to add to cooking and food dishes.

Lincolnshire sausage is nice too.

I'm hungry now

I'm not so keen on sausages really, but I do love a sausage stew... when they swell up to 3x their normal size till their skins pop! mmmm...add suet dumplings and mash for a perfect comfort meal
