We use it to remind ourselves when we've written a polite "Thanks but no thanks" It comes in very handy when we are approached a second time.

not always... yes they are a good way of venting frustration.. also can be used instead of blocking people with notes, reminding people of when someone has said no thanks you... ect ect ect

i think they are very useful... i even use mine for birthday dates now... lol

i think there handy , i usued to block people that were not intrested so i wouldnt mail them again and be a pest now i can note it down , lol ,
