In a town Fab forgot

Just been chatting to a sweet old lady in town.

Crying her eyes out, absolutely distraught.

Turns out she's been saving up for two years to go on holiday.

On the way into town she's lost the lot.

I felt so sorry for her, gave her £250.

I've never seen anyone quite so overcome at the generosity of a total stranger.

Fair touched my heart it did.

£250 was nothing to me, half an hour earlier I'd found an envelope with £8 grand in it......
