Nothing at all, they are a complete stranger.

Doing it saying anything in response doesn't really change anything does it? I'd say if you felt you needed to then maybe, just maybe there's a smidgen of truth in what they said. The truth doesn't change because someone dresses it up differently, it just may take more time before it's fully undressed. There might be a fab analogy in there somewhere come to think of it

It happened many years ago.

I was accused at work of sleeping with a colleague.

I immediately told Alexis and took great pleasure in proving the accuser wrong as Alexis was keeping a diary at the time.

I did in a funny way and to maximize the embarrassment of the accuser who was trying to deflect attention away from an affair they were having.

Think the worse bit was trying to keep Alexis from starting a fight with said accuser at the next works function.

I just laughed. After all, have you seen the ugly sod?

Joking aside, things like that can be very hurtful and destructive. At one point, I did question whether it was true.

Turns out, the person making the accusations, wanted to be in a relationship, with one of the other women, Bubbles was accused of having an affair with, if that makes any sense.
