"How do you know that the news they are giving isn’t formed with a huge lot of bias ... and whether it’s real in the first place?" I think that's the danger you take with any outlet. Verify the sources as much as you can and form your own opinions. Taking any written word as gospel is daft. I try to read articles from a wealth of sources and remain openminded while doing so.

"Do you read it? I do, cos you get news that the mainstream media dont give, in sweden there is a big campaign against it cos it exposes what is happening, it is even more popular than the news cos there is alot of censoring going on, having a free press is very important " no news is good news

I tend to find BBC extremely biased Most news programmes are though ... they clearly lean towards one viewpoint and don’t hide it that well. Meli is correct , watch but with an open mind. Especially if you’re interested in American news

"All news has a point of view can never put 100% of your eggs in one basket. " That is also right as it is good to see it from different views

"All news has a point of view can never put 100% of your eggs in one basket. " I find so many people do and don't want to except any other view unless the BBC or other major News broadcasters have announced it.

I think the MSM should be held accountable to the country and the people. You can't cure a corrupt mind. The media are guilty of peddling misleading, and false information. They are a service provider, we as the consumer want to know the truth, and need to know the truth.

We are not always getting the full truth and Joe bloggs on the street forms an opinion good or bad of a certain subject/s. Bad in most cases I would say. Of course that's why it's called 'media control'.
