"Memory foam for sure!!! And don't go cheap, though the most expensive are usually just for the name. I bought one 15 years ago (and since--not still using the same pillow!), and will never go back. Memory foam isn't recommended for people who get really hot at night, but I've never had a problem with just my pillow." They were too full and firm. Maybe I need to try a different brand ![]() | |||
