The last gift I was given was a kitten scratching post/play thing for my 2 new fur babies. Last gift I gave was a man bracelet and car hire for a holiday

I made my MIL a little care package - the card for the cleaners who are going to be coming in, ginger biscuits, a meal delivery subscription thing, moisturiser she loves and a small portable fan. She starts chemo today and I thought that rather than get her flowers, I'd get practical stuff. I guess part of why I did it was so I felt like I was helping a bit rather than what I'm actually doing right now which is worrying and feeling meh.
