Let's keep this going.

For us, Cat hates her tum, but has fabulous breasts,legs and bum.

Sie hates her boobs and bum but has an fantastic concave stomach and looks amazing in playwear or a tight dress.

D hates that he is starting to get middle aged spread after having a 32 inch waist since he was 18,but is pretty good for a bloke in his mid 50s.

Your self talk really defines who you are,negative parents or exes can make you feel inadequate. It was their way of controlling you. Don't let them.

We are having EXTRAORDINARY sex at this time of life.

Who else loves things about themselves and what are they?

It doesn't make you arrogant,it makes you resilient.

It can be. People who are confident in who they are fare far better than those who self doubt in terms of meeting etc. Perhaps on the fora that's true to some extent.
