There are two guys local to me that regulary go to the tip and fill their van with stuff that they then take to the car boot sale the following week.

I am staggered at the shite they sell

How do they manage to do that,is that like a council tip I thought you couldn't just take stuff you can't at ours.

I'm not sure of the rules, but I've been going a lot recently due to helping a friend have a clear out and they have been there loading up each time.
