People are people, there will be kinky buggers most places in the UK. However in terms of numbers who've tried kinky pursuits per population, it's likely to be northerners over southerners, purely because they talk to each other and share thoughts and ideas more openly.

Southerners tend to be much more of a closed book to others, particularly those they don't know very well. Talking to strangers is generally seen as extremely odd in the southeast.
