So, on the back of a conversation I had today, and some online chats, what do you think are the most important attributes in human beings?

For me it’s 2. Honesty and kindness. Honesty as it’s important to be able to be honest about who I am, and who you are, so I can be relaxed in my own being and at peace with who I am.

Kindness makes the world go around, I cannot understand anyone who is unkind. Even in a situation that leads to unkindness, we can still be kind. Ending a relationship? You can be kind. End of a friendship? You can be kind. Seeing someone homeless? Kindness will help, even for a moment. Talking to someone who really annoys you? You can still be kind.

We are all human beings trying to be the best version we can be (I hope).

So fabbers, what’s your most important attributes, either in yourself or others, or both?

"Integrity has to be up there for me, I'd rather people stick to their principles than be simply be kind"

I don't think the two are mutually exclusive. It's possible to be kind with integrity.

Ooh yes, I think integrity is a good one. But if you are being true to yourself, and actually you are pretentious, and selfish, is that the way you should live as a human being, or try and be less selfish?

Ah yes, but I meant in every day life. And more about personal attributes, so you yourself as a person?

Oh I love these! I think empathy isn’t something that everyone can have though? Maybe I’m wrong...

Couldn't agree more just saying i would rather see someone who sticks to their principles and moral compass even at the expense of kindness, i find with so many people it can be hard to respect them if they say one thing and do another which happens a lot.

It may not be a great example to set but if you have interactions with someone like that you know what to expect of them and juding a situation and what you can and should say to someone is made so much easier when armed with that knowledge.

For me, there are a few;

Honesty, openness and empathy. I don't think I need to go into it more than that.

So this ties in with my honesty, so being honest about who you are etc. Ok, good one

"So, on the back of a conversation I had today, and some online chats, what do you think are the most important attributes in human beings?"

A burning desire to fuck and openess to have as much sex with the opposite sex as consenting adults as one can possibly handle! Livelifetothefull.com!

The universals would be honesty and openness. Drives me nuts having to second guess things.

I’ll just slightly amend that to say, a burning desire to give as much sexual pleasure to other consenting sexual partners as possible. I know so many who have crap sex because their sex is purely for their own enjoyment. I get the best buzz from sex when I focus on giving her enjoyment! Once she’s on cloud nine, damn, that makes me feel good!

So an important attribute to you is about sexual pleasure?

Hello Rosa,

For me it's 3.

Honesty, kindness, and something I've always had drummed into me, politeness. X

Well, of course! If we all say honesty on this thread, it’ll soon get a bit boring. I’m just giving a different attribute no-one’s mentioned yet, namely the lust-fuelled desire and willingness to give and receive sexual pleasure from other consenting adults! I wouldn’t have expected that to be all that controversial on a swingers site!
