There was someone crystal healing there. Maybe it didn't work because I was too cynical? The woman who 'taught' me to close my third eye and the one who brushed my arthritis away remain as fond memories.

I think that animals use the five senses we have just more effectively. They detect changes in air pressure, vibrations etc and often have better eyesight and hearing and use these to interpret their surroundings. A lot of humans are better at this than others.

Apparently, mine is always open and I have to close it sometimes because I can get no rest if it is always open and alert.
